General

  • Do you offer publishing services if I am a developer/publisher?

    Yes, we do. You can find more information here.

  • Do you offer customization?

    We only offer customization for Enterprise level purchases or custom development; however, if you are a business or safety provider, you can contact us to see if there are might be a possibility some level of customization for Individual courses. Customization will be determined on a case by case basis.

  • Do you offer Support?

    Yes, we offer support for all our Individual courses, Enterprise courses and Peripherals. Contact us, and we would be happy to help you. Please note, for other developer/publisher content, you will be provided with additional contact information.

  • What payment options do you have?

    We currently accept payment via PayPal Pro, which includes direct transfer, MasterCard, Visa and Amex. For larger purchases, please contact us to access more options.

Individual

  • How is the course installed?

    Each course has a ZIP download that contains the training software app. To install the software, double-click the downloaded ZIP file and drag the contents to a location on your PC. Inside the extracted contents is a EXE file that starts the application when double-clicked. From there, you will be prompted for your supplied credentials to access the courses you have purchased.

  • Do you offer bundle plans for more than one course?

    Yes, we do. For each purchase, receive a discount on future purchases. For larger orders of 25 or more, please contact us directly.

  • Is there a trial version I can try before I make a purchase?

    There are currently no trials for the courses. However, if you would like to see more of the course/gameplay footage, feel free to contact us to set up a meeting; we will screen share future content and answer any questions.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    You are eligible for a full refund if we can confirm the purchase has not been used; by reviewing the tracking and stats admin. Please contact us for further information.

  • How many times can I take/play the course?

    Individual courses only allow you to run through it once from start to finish. Contact us to have a second run through enabled if the circumstances warrant it. For example, due to the possibility of disruption out of the control of both VRTS and the user (complete hardware failure/nature disaster, etc.).

Enterprise

  • Can this course be installed on more than one device?

    The course software may be installed on more than one device, but the actual course procedure is limited to the number of seats purchased.

  • How much is the Database, Tracking & Cloud Admin after the first year?

    The first year is included with an enterprise-level purchase. Each year after that is $2,400/year paid annually

  • Is there a trial version I can try before I make a purchase?

    There are currently no trials for the courses. However, if you would like to see more of the course/gameplay footage, feel free to contact us to set up a meeting; we will screen share future content and answer any questions.

Peripherals

  • Is there warranty if the equipment breaks?

    Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on our equipment. Please contact us, and we would be happy to help you.

  • Is shipping included?

    Shipping costs are included in the pricing for North America only. There is separate quoting otherwise.
